The Dividend Dashboard is a Google Sheets-based portfolio visualiser designed to give you a simple overview of projected dividend income and sector diversification. It’s a lightweight, no-login tool perfect for quickly checking yield data and understanding the yield and expected payments for The Almost Daily Dividends Portfolio.
What You’ll Find Inside
Dashboard Tab
- Real-time calculated dividend yield based on sample portfolio sizes.
- A sector diversification pie chart to visualise how balanced the holdings are.
- A dividend frequency bar chart showing when payments arrive and how spread out they are throughout the year.
Projected Schedule Tab
- A heatmap view of expected dividend income month by month, giving you a visual guide to cash flow timing.
Portfolio Details Tab
- Full list of stocks featured in the dashboard.
- Shows current stock prices, dividend yields, and associated sectors.
- All data contributes to the visualizations on the Dashboard tab.

To protect your privacy, please view the spreadsheet only — do not request edit access. Doing so will reveal your Google account information to any collaborators on the sheet.
Due to security concerns users are no longer able to edit the live sheet.
Tips for Use
- Do not make a copy: The sheet includes a paid add-on that won’t transfer to your own copy.
- Instead, bookmark the link and return anytime to check updated yield data and charts.
